Heartland Association of Diabetes Educators
Membership Information

Founded in 1989, the Heartland Association of Diabetes Educators (HADE) has grown to over 90 active professionals.  Members practice in a variety of settings: hospitals, clinics, home health care and government/ community agencies.  The Association’s boundaries include all of Nebraska and Western Iowa.

 Our Mission Statement

HADE is a special interest group of health care professionals who promote quality care and education to persons with diabetes and their families.

As community leaders in diabetes education, the chapter members help influence and contribute to the future direction of diabetes care.
